· Description of the item for sale - This auction is for the one Robby Gordon helmet that he threw at Michael Waltrip's car last Sunday during the race.

· Shipping information - Robby Gordon Motor Sports will pay for shipping and insurance anywhere in the U.S. Please inquire if you are outside the U.S. and wish to bid.

· Forms of payment accepted - Wire transfer or bank cashier's check.

· Terms of payment - Payment is expected within five days of auction close.

· Handling charges - There are no handling charges.

· Any taxes that may apply - There is no sales tax. Please check with your tax advisor regarding tax deductibility of this item.

UPDATE-

The helmet was signed live tonight 9/23 on Speed TV by Michael Waltrip. Robby
Gordon will also be signing the helmet, possibly in your presence. We are
happy to announce that Robby Gordon has agreed to meet the winning bidder in
person in Charlotte, NC, and sign the helmet in front of them. He will also
pose for a picture and sign up to 2 other items you bring with you.

Please note that all travel and other expenses related to traveling to
Charlotte, NC are the sole responsibility of the winning bidder. Payment
must be made in advance before picking up the helmet. The pickup of the
helmet must be scheduled at least 7 days in advance in is completely subject
to Robby Gordon's schedule. We do not know that schedule at this time, and
it will be worked out upon completion of the auction. The winning bidder may
still opt to have the helmet signed and shipped to your location free of
charge. Please ask any questions prior to bidding.
