After cooking a lemon mustard cream sauce for some
John Dory I accidentally put the pan back on the
heat, I rinsed the pan and swirled it with a spoon,
tipped the water out and just before i scrubbed it I
noticed a face in the pan. It doesn't look like much in the
day light but when we photographed it the face looks quite
pronounced. Is it Jesus, we don't know? During lunch we were
discussing the existence of all the pain, suffering and
uncertainty of these times and the poor health of the Pope and
if there is how can he let these things happen? The appearance
of Him in our pan and the improved health of the pope have
restored our faith and we're hoping this pan will restore the
faith of others. Also the sauce truly was magnificent, my
best ever!
