following information:
There has been many questions concerning making a
donation to a charity. We have been in contact with the
Grant Wistrom Foundation.
And will be making a donation the
them.
Here is a little about them:
Each year children from across the Seattle area with
cancer are brought together to meet and create new
friendships. With these new friends, the things in
common include scars, losing their hair and treatment
stories in addition to favorite music and clothing
styles. Some children will travel to Wisconsin for a
week of winter fun with others from St. Louis, Tampa,
Wisconsin and Atlanta and come back with a new
appreciation for life. This is made possible through the
efforts of Grant Wistrom Foundation.
Created in July of 2002 the Grant Wistrom Foundation
is dedicated to serving children, especially those
afflicted with cancer. The Foundation is recognized as a
non-profit organization and funding comes solely from
annual fund raising events and corporate and public
contributions. Administrative costs are minimized to
assure that the money raised will directly benefit the
children served.
Recent programs of the Foundation include the Circle
of Friends Reunion with 49 kids, a day at Raging Rivers
Water Park in St. Louis and the Circle of Friends trip
to Wisconsin in February with ten children from the
Costas Center at Cardinal Glennon Hospital. During the
season, the Section 96 ticket program offers the
excitement of Seahawks Football to ten guests at every
home game and patients and siblings also enjoy a gameday
VIP party.
The Grant Wistrom Foundation works to positively
affect the lives of children, especially those with
cancer, through fun and recreational activities. With
these efforts, the foundation hopes to provide the
opportunity for lifelong friendships and personal
growth.
We will make a donation of 15% of the
total bid up to $50,000, after $50,000 the donation will
then go to 25% of the total bid. Thanks so much for the
opportunity to help some deserving
people.
On Feb-01-06 at 19:37:59 PST, seller added the
following information:

"Joke" bidders canceling out their bids. We will be
standing by our rule of bidders having at least 20

all of your comments and questions, this is what
memories are made of, its been so much fun for all of
us!!
Thanks a lot!
Good Luck and Happy
